The Metrics & Reporting module serves as a wrapper for any batch process or analytics reports that can be gathered from our transit processing infrastructure. It is utilized for scenarios where organizations would like to process or automate the processing of large datasets. A report job is created through the interface that serves as a place holder for the group of reports to be generated and contains any settings for the group. Report types include geocode, reverse-geocode, route, and paratransit reports, with many more being added as needs arise. In the job settings panel, an example job request file can be downloaded which is a template for that particular job type and can be populated with user data for the request.
This process is also designed to be automated and examples of scripting interactions are displayed in the panel.
