In this section the user has the flexibility to create a customizable form from scratch. We have created multiple tools for our users. The user has different sections such as “Introduction”, “Signup Survey”, “Base Map”, “Location Specific Questions”, and “Survey Completed Questions”. The user the ability to drop widgets from the tool panel on the left. The “Input” widget, once dropped and clicked the user is able to modify the input, “title”, “data item”, and “width” of the box. The “Select” widget, once dropped and clicked the user will be able modify the “title”, “data item”, “item list”, and “width”. The “Heading” widget, once dropped and clicked the user will be able to modify “Heading text”, “Font Size”, “width”, and “Font Color”. The “Description Text” widget, once dropped and clicked the user will be able to modify “Description text”, “Font Size”, “width”, and “Font Color”. The “Upload File” widget, once dropped and clicked the user will be able to modify the “Title”, “Height”, and “Width”. The user will also be able to attach and image to be displaced on the form as well as store the image on the server.
